1. Acceptance of Terms
By using LA Towing & Roadside Assistance services, you agree to these terms. These terms apply to all services including emergency towing, roadside assistance, jump starts, tire changes, lockout services, fuel delivery, and all other services provided by LA Towing throughout Los Angeles County.
2. Service Description
LA Towing provides 24/7 emergency towing and roadside assistance services throughout Los Angeles County, including but not limited to:
- Emergency towing services
- Roadside assistance
- Jump start service for dead batteries
- Flat tire change and repair
- Vehicle lockout service
- Emergency fuel delivery
- Battery replacement
- Winch out and recovery services
3. Pricing and Payment
Pricing for services is provided at the time of booking or dispatch. Factors affecting pricing include:
- Type of service required
- Distance to be towed
- Vehicle type and condition
- Time of day and traffic conditions
- Complexity of service needed
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and debit cards. A receipt will be provided for all services rendered.
4. Service Area
Our services are available throughout Los Angeles County, including Downtown LA, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Pasadena, Long Beach, and all surrounding areas. Response times may vary depending on location, traffic conditions, and current service demand.
5. Customer Responsibilities
When using our services, customers agree to:
- Provide accurate location and contact information
- Ensure the vehicle is accessible for service
- Provide valid identification and proof of vehicle ownership when requested
- Remove all valuable personal items from the vehicle before towing
- Be present or provide authorized representation at the service location
- Pay for services rendered upon completion
6. Liability and Insurance
LA Towing & Roadside Assistance is fully licensed and insured. We take every precaution to handle your vehicle safely. However, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing vehicle damage
- Personal items left in the vehicle
- Mechanical failures unrelated to our services
- Damage due to inherent vehicle defects
Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion with photographic evidence.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made before the tow truck arrives at your location. A cancellation fee may apply if the truck has been dispatched and is en route to your location. This fee covers dispatch costs and driver compensation.
